What you’re buying and how it’s delivered

A free report is created from messages selected in your browser and your chat statistics. Once payment is confirmed, the rest of the report is written and becomes available at the same URL when ready. There is no automatic renewal or subscription. When each free or paid report is ready, we email its viewing link to the verified account. Emails contain no conversation or analysis text.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, whether or not you’ve read the report. You can still contact support after that period for duplicate charges, non-delivery or defects. Your statutory rights are not limited. Send your order number to the support contact on your Polar receipt. Once a full refund is completed, access to the paid text ends; the free sections remain available. A partial refund does not end access.

Include the order number from your Polar receipt when requesting a refund. You don’t need to send your chat file or verification code. After reviewing your request, we process the refund through Polar. When it appears on your payment method depends on the payment provider and your card issuer.

Your report URL and access

Anyone who knows the report URL can view the same content, depending on that report’s purchase status. Take care when sharing it. Once a full refund is confirmed, the paid sections can no longer be loaded. Content already viewed or saved separately cannot be recalled.

If payment confirmation is delayed

If you’ve paid but can’t access the paid sections, reopen the same report URL. Don’t pay again. Contact the support address on your Polar receipt with your order number.

Storage and deletion

The original file stays on your device. Selected excerpts and other analysis material are deleted after seven days from their first server storage. Finished reports, including their quotes and summaries, remain until you delete them. Once the material is deleted, no further analysis can be generated.
