1. Operator and scope

These terms apply to PrismTest web content and chat analysis provided by TinyUniverse. Read the feature-specific purchase notice and Privacy Policy alongside them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Chat analysis is for people aged 18 or older. Before submitting material, you must confirm your age, acceptance of these terms and authority to provide the material. Do not submit material or purchase if you do not meet these conditions.

Keep your email authentication and account secure. Do not share one-time codes, use another person’s account or misrepresent identity or payment information.

3. Material and other participants

The original conversation file is read and filtered on your device. Only selected moments or scenes and necessary related analysis material are submitted. Reports are based on those selections and may not accurately represent the entire conversation or another person’s intentions.

Submit only material you have the right to provide. Remove unnecessary sensitive information, identity numbers and contact details, and respect others’ privacy, copyright and reputation. Your confirmation does not remove our own data-protection duties.

4. Reports and permission to process

You retain any rights you hold in submitted material. You permit processing, including necessary external providers, only as needed to deliver and protect the service, provide support and comply with law. This is not permission to sell conversations or reports or use them to train AI.

GPT output can contain errors, omissions and inferences. Reports provide interpretation and entertainment, not medical or psychological diagnosis or professional legal, investment or similar advice. Do not make important decisions about people based solely on a report.

Anyone with the report URL can view the same content according to its purchase status. Consider other participants’ rights before sharing a link or quote. Unauthorised access, resale, malware, harassment and disruption of the service are prohibited.

5. Purchase and delivery

One paid chat report costs US$29 as a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. Check taxes, the final amount, payment method and timing in Polar checkout before paying. Price changes are displayed for new purchases and do not apply retroactively.

Polar acts as merchant of record and reseller under the applicable purchase terms. After the server verifies payment, we generate the paid portion and make it available at the same report URL. When each free or paid report is ready, we send a viewing link to the verified account email. Emails contain no conversation or analysis text; you can also open the same report URL if delivery is delayed. Timing depends on the material and processing conditions.

When AI is disabled, the interface identifies sample content, and test checkout is distinguished from real charging. No further analysis can be generated after source material expires or is deleted. If you have paid but cannot access the report, contact support rather than buying again.

6. Refunds and non-delivery

You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase, whether or not you have viewed the report. Contact the support address on your Polar receipt with the order number. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and defects can be raised later too. Statutory cancellation, refund and remedy rights remain available.

Once a full refund is confirmed, access to the paid body ends and the free portion remains. A partial refund preserves access. Settlement timing depends on the payment provider and card issuer. Deletion is separate from a refund request; a refund does not recover copies already saved outside our servers.

7. Storage and deletion

Selected excerpts and other analysis material are kept for seven days from their first server storage. Purchases and additional reports do not restart that deadline. Expired material cannot be read or used for further generation; a cleanup task runs every five minutes to remove material and intermediate records.

Finished reports are stored independently in Supabase until you delete them, including their quotes and summaries. On the report screen, authenticate with the account that created it to delete only the material or the report. Material-only deletion preserves finished reports. Material shared with another report is unlinked from this report; the original deadline still applies to remaining material.

Report deletion cannot be undone. Legally required transaction and security records and copies saved by you or someone else are handled separately. Failures are retried and require recovery. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, providers and rights in more detail.

8. Availability, liability and disputes

We may perform maintenance, change features or restrict use that violates these terms as reasonably needed for operations, safety and rights protection. Where paid access is materially affected, we provide advance notice where possible and appropriate fulfilment or refund support.

These terms do not exclude liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or remove consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. They do not waive all liability or place every risk on you. Mandatory consumer and privacy laws, and statutory jurisdiction available where you live, remain applicable.

We announce changes and their effective date and obtain any legally required notice or consent. We do not unfairly change past purchase conditions retroactively. Contact contact@prismtest.app for support and privacy@prismtest.app for privacy requests.
